Terms of Service — DriveOne

By using the DriveOne app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DriveOne app on your own private devices, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you downloaded the app.

The app offers a free 7-day trial of Pro features. After the trial ends, the Pro subscription costs 19.99 PLN per month.

The subscription automatically renews for the next billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged in advance for the upcoming period.

You can cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings — DriveOne has no technical means of cancelling it on your behalf.

DriveOne is an informational tool that assists with vehicle diagnostics and does NOT replace professional diagnostics performed by a qualified mechanic or service center.

The accuracy of readings depends on the vehicle model, the ELM327 adapter used, and transmission conditions — we do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

The app is provided "as-is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for any service, repair, or maintenance decisions made based on data displayed in the app, nor for any damages arising from the use of the app, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The DriveOne app, its source code, content, and trademarks remain the property of Daniel Kopaczewski. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the license described in Section 2.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from their application will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the controller's registered seat, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
